Contribute to HEDS 2027 (HEDS271)

HEDS is collaboratively organised by colleagues from participating higher education institutions. For HEDS271, you can contribute through facilitation, topic development and/or coordination and organisational support.

Please register your interest in contributing no later than 16 October 2026. The HEDS271 coordination group will review the contributor pool on 21 October. We will then contact contributors about how the different roles and teams are taking shape and invite you to preparatory meetings during late October and November.

Facilitators are central to the capacity of HEDS. As a general principle, an institution contributing a facilitator to HEDS271 can nominate up to six institutional participants and will be recognised as a contributing institution in the HEDS network.

Facilitators work in pairs and support a PBL group throughout the course, including following participation and supporting activity reporting for the group. Participating institutions also take responsibility for following their own institutional learners through the course, including relevant local administration and review of final reflections.

The final number of participant places depends on the overall facilitator capacity and will be confirmed once the HEDS271 course organisation has been established.
